Housecall Pro also known as SkyBoss is a cloud-based management solution for service dispatching businesses who deploy staff / technicians out to customers within the field. Typically geared to suit the needs of the plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades, the software is designed to cater for both the back office and dispatch center, along with mobile platform support for remote use. Features include full scheduling capabilities organized within an intuitive drag and drop calendar that immediately updates everyone on where they should be, which customer work orders have been assigned and which technicians are still available. Orders are allocated according to the right skill levels, detailing paperless instructions, tracking progress and also issuing optimized route plans that answer calls quicker and at lower cost. Plotting technician locations on job site proximity maps, hub administrators or call center operators can view a visual scheduler fully integrated with GPS software to track and efficiently direct staff as they move. Provides service businesses in depth real time field management, call tracking, technician tracking, paperless invoicing, payment processing, price book, and reporting on critical business metrics. Overview
I have provided support regarding bug fixing in existing modules and development of new modules for this Saas product. I was working solely on this project and handling the task sheet regarding bug fixes and new modules development i have received appreciation from our Manager and CEO regarding my performance of the project and as the project grows with the passage of time i was managing a team of developers for the ongoing work.
