Project Statement
ClimateCamp is a SaaS company that offers a collaboration platform for companies to manage and track their greenhouse gas emissions, including those in their supply chain. The platform provides tools for companies to establish their organizational and product carbon footprints and integrate seamlessly with their existing workflows. The platform is ambitious in its goal to become the carbon infrastructure connecting companies with their value chain.
Overview
I started this product as an MVP along with a team of developers on Asp.Net boiler plate framework. The main responsibilty was development of new features according to the customer requirement. I was working closely with the client attending daily standups scrum meetings organizing the work on the devops board. After the success of MVP and having good customers feedback new team members were also added in the ongoing development process which i myself along with another senior developer were mentoring.The development continued based on sprint system with each sprint comprising of two weeks. Also bug fixing become an important and crucial aspect of the development in exisiting modules along with new development. Later on we moved to the new and improved version of the framework known as ABP.IO with a lot of new features and improvements from the previous framework. The product is now successfully running with variuos customers using the product across the entire belgium.
